Strategic Brand Management Fall 2025
Our final project for the Strategic Brand Management course at The University of Texas at Austin, a collaboration between Texas Athletics and its collegiate licensing partner, CLC.
This course offered an invaluable opportunity to engage directly with the world of collegiate licensing and branding, deepening our understanding of successful partnerships between Texas Athletics and a range of licensees across the apparel and athletic industries. Throughout the semester, we explored key concepts and heard from industry experts.
For our capstone project, we were tasked with pitching a new licensing partnership for the University of Texas at Austin. Our team focused on the female demographic aged 18–30, an exciting area of growth in women’s gameday fashion. We proposed a collaboration with REVOLVE, a brand known for its trend-forward aesthetic and strong e-commerce presence. Our proposal included extensive quantitative research, consumer insights, CAD flats, and a comprehensive marketing strategy to position REVOLVE as a great fit for UT’s evolving audience.
